Individual therapy
I use a person-centered and relational form of therapy. This means you're not likely to leave a session with worksheets or "homework".
I use tools from many different therapeutic approaches including somatic, psychodynamic, and psychoanalysis... just to name a few.
I believe that the mind-body connection is essential to processing emotions, particularly those associated with trauma.
